Central Ohio's Coolest Offices: Gosh Enterprises

Gosh Enterprises manages its Charleys Cheesesteaks, Bibibop Asian Grill and Lennys Grill and Subs empire from a newly renovated office space in Upper Arlington.

The building at 5000 Arlington Centre, once home to CompuServe and later owned by Tree of Life Christian Schools, went through a $1.4 million renovation in 2022, shortly after the restaurant company bought it.

Now, Dori North, director of real estate for Bibibop Asian Grill, says the space deserves to be recognized as the region's coolest.

"We like the open airy feel that the building presents with large windows and plenty of glass doors," North said in an email. She highlighted the 12-acre campus complete with 1/2-acre pond and outdoor walking options.

Gosh uses 30,000 square feet of the 200,000-square-foot property. Some renovations continue at the building, with additional spaces available for lease. CBRE is marketing the available space.

Gosh has 128 employees, which falls into the large category in our 2024 Coolest Offices contest.

We'll hold our vote to select this year's winner this week, so be sure you're keeping up with all our submissions. Here's who we've featured so far:
