Westborough's SimpliVity led the way with a $175 million funding round at a valuation exceeding $1 billion. Other key rounds that got our attention included $35 million for Localytics, $24 million for Nanigans, $6 million for Help Scout and an undisclosed amount from Rough Draft Ventures for student-founded startup Dash Electric.
