Boston's Digital Lumens has added $23 million from new backers including Goldman Sachs and a Nokia unit. The maker of energy-saving, software-driven LED systems for commercial and industrial settings has now raised $65 million since its founding in 2008.
Along with Nokia Growth Partners and Goldman Sachs, the other new investor in the round was Aster Capital.
Current investors also took part—Flybridge Capital Partners, Black Coral Capital and Stata Ventures.
The money will be used to expand the company's operations, product development and sales and marketing.
