Versa is Grandview Heights is home to more than 60 different companies, not to mention another 120 companies who use the space's virtual services, and companies and individuals that visit for meetings or events.
The 37,000-square-foot space was one of the first locally owned coworking brands in the Columbus market, and co-founder April Zimmerman Katz argues the company isn't just home to innovative startups, it is one itself.
"When we opened five years ago … we had the double duty of establishing our own brand while educating Columbus about the benefits of coworking and flexible office," Katz said in an email. "Post-Covid, the office landscape has changed dramatically as companies reconcile their employees needs with their real estate footprint. Companies come to us to right size their office needs, but they stay because we are their working partner for growth. Our success at Versa is recognizing that we are really in the hospitality business."
To that end, the space features a number of flexible options for member companies in "a space that is designed for productivity but feels like an eclectic home," Katz said.

About Versa: Versa opened its Grandview coworking space at 1201 Dublin Road in early 2018. The business briefly operated an Arena District outpost, but that has since closed. The Grandview location occupies three of five stories in the Dublin Road building, and offers a variety of customizable membership options as well as rentable meeting and event space.
