Tampa-based Satisfi Labs, a provider of conversational artificial intelligence services, has launched its Context Large Language Model Response System.

LLMs are a type of AI algorithm that uses learning techniques and large data sets to understand, summarize, generate and predict new content.

The new system combines its contextual response system with language model capabilities to enhance its answer engine system, a search engine that focuses on answering user questions by analyzing content on multiple websites.

The LLM technology creates a

"Our enhanced platform represents a milestone in conversational AI," said CEO and Co-founder at Satisfi Labs Don White in a statement. "By integrating LLM capabilities into our answer engine, we have created a powerful tool that gives brands the flexibility and control they need to deliver exceptional customer experiences."

The launch will begin with Major League Baseball teams having access to the platform and the ability to use the technology.

The company counts 400-plus customers, including the Tampa Bay Rays, Tampa Bay Lightning, Amalie Arena and ZooTampa at Lowry Park use the LLM-powered platform so users can find the best tickets or food prices before or during events.

Tampa Bay Lightning Owner Jeff Vinik was an early supporter of the company, investing in it before it relocated to Tampa.

While White still lives in New York, and the company does not have a formalized office, Tampa will serve as the home base for any company gatherings. It's also a member at Embarc Collective, a Tampa-based innovation hub of Vinik.

White told the Business Journal that his software will allow companies to feel like an extra employee is working for them.

"When you think about going to a Rays game, or a Bucs game, there's a lot to buy; there are different food items, there are different transportation questions and there's stuff about the activities. Using our technology is almost like having an employee from any of those teams in your pocket and helps teams learn how they could service you better," said White.

By using LLMs such as ChatGPT and Bard, the platform allows brands to take control of answers while leveraging the efficiencies of generative AI, allowing the responses to match the company's voice, the company said.

The release states that the upgraded platform allows brands to continually transact with real-time data and payment functionalities for AI chat commerce. It also offers a user-centric approach through the ability to promote information.

Satisfi Labs will look to add 80 more clients in the sports, entertainment, and tourism industries before the end of 2023.
