Bonfyre’s technology is designed to help businesses track employee engagement, retention and performance. The company, led by CEO Mark Sawyier and with 26 employees and its headquarters at 4625 Lindell Blvd. in the Central West End, said its past year has included enhancements and additions to technology and increased sales. It said it has signed on customers in a variety of industries, including health care, energy, consulting and manufacturing.
What was your company’s biggest achievement in the past year? Our platform enhancements over the past 12 months have made a substantial impact on how leaders engage their teams. Our new Culture Coach AI solution automatically suggests pre-built actions leaders can take to improve engagement scores, retention and performance through the channels they already use everyday — Microsoft Teams or our frontline employee app. With this in place, we’re seeing 76% of Bonfyre users active every week and 45% active daily.
What is your company’s top goal for the next year? Our primary goal for next year is to increase sales 2x and scale the number of leaders we’re enabling on the platform. Whether it’s recommended actions following an engagement survey, guided behaviors as part of a change or learning journey or simple interactions like celebrating employee milestones, we have an amazing opportunity to bring intelligence and automation to the everyday engagement actions that leaders take inside an organization.
Are you currently hiring? If so, for what roles? Yes. We have roles currently open in product development and operations. We also anticipate expanding our client success and go to market teams later this year.
