Seattle-based real estate tech firm MoxiWorks has acquired ActivePipe, an email platform based in Australia.

With the acquisition, all of ActivePipe's employees are joining MoxiWorks, which now has more than 290 employees, CEO York Baur said in an email. MoxiWorks had just 184 employees as of October, when it acquired the Denver-based real estate transaction company Reeazily.

MoxiWorks and ActivePipe aren't disclosing the financial terms of the deal.

“Between the products we produce, the partners we’ve assembled in our partner network, and the acquisitions we make, we’re assembling the best and brightest products and people in the real estate tech world,” Baur said in a news release. “We believe in the power of high-quality people and that bringing together innovative companies will truly bring our industry into the future.”

Baur said in an email the company is working to fold ActivePipe into the MoxiWorks brand, and ActivePipe employees won't have to relocate.

MoxiWorks acquired the marketing automation company Imprev in 2019 for an undisclosed sum. MoxiWorks also received an investment from the private equity firm Vector Capital that same year. Imprev now functions as MoxiImpress, and Reeazily has become MoxiBalance.

MoxiWorks was founded in 2012. The company offers customer relationship management, marketing and recruiting tools. MoxiWorks says it works with more than 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents across the country.

ActivePipe, meanwhile, was founded in 2014. The company focuses on email marketing for real estate professionals. According to ActivePipe, the company uses data to interpret contacts' needs and send personalized emails.

“We have been partners for years with MoxiWorks and could not be more thrilled by the opportunity to create something really powerful by becoming part of the MoxiWorks family,” Ash Farrugia, co-founder and CEO of ActivePipe, said in a news release. “Partnering with MoxiWorks was the natural next step for ActivePipe given its market-leading position in the residential real estate market."
