Seattle-based real estate tech firm MoxiWorks has acquired Reeazily, a Denver-based company that helps clients manage real estate transactions.

The companies aren't disclosing the financial terms of the deal, which was announced Friday. According to a news release, all of Reeazily's employees will join MoxiWorks as part of the acquisition.

“We are so thrilled to welcome not only the Reeazily products into the MoxiWorks universe, but the whole Reeazily community,” York Baur, CEO MoxiWorks, said in a news release. “Reeazily has been a partner in our MoxiCloud partner program for over three years, and we’re excited to expand our product offering as we integrate them fully into our products.”

A MoxiWorks spokesperson said the company has 184 total employees after the acquisition, nine of whom came from Reeazily. The Reeazily employees will not have to relocate. The spokesperson added that although nothing will change for Reeazily customers in the immediate future, MoxiWorks plans to eventually bring Reeazily under the MoxiWorks brand. Reeazily co-founder Casey Reagan will join MoxiWorks as director of product management for back-office solutions.

MoxiWorks, founded in 2012, offers customer relationship management, marketing and recruiting tools. According to the company, MoxiWorks serves 800 brokerages and 400,000 agents across the country. In 2019, the company acquired the marketing automation company Imprev for an undisclosed sum. In a release announcing the Reeazily acquisition, MoxiWorks' Baur said the company will continue to look for acquisitions.

Reeazily, meanwhile, was founded in 2005. In addition to transactions and billing, the company offers products for talent recruitment and retention. According to the company, it closes thousands of transactions monthly nationwide.

“We recognized a common focus on client service and drive to get things done at MoxiWorks,” Reagan said in a statement. “That drive made it clear there is amazing synergy and that the Moxi culture was an amazing fit for us."
