As JumpCloud has grown rapidly in Colorado, the company has had to make do when it comes to accommodating its employees.
In July, JumpCloud, a Directory-as-a-Service® company simplifying identity management, announced a temporary expansion into three offices along Boulder’s Pearl Street, and another temporary office near Denver’s Union Station.
Since then, the company dramatically increased its employee count, added to its leadership team and announced its international expansion into Costa Rica.
JumpCloud has now moved into a permanent space in Louisville, shifting its Boulder-based employees into a full-time home at 361 Centennial Parkway.
The office, dubbed 'JumpCloudia,' gives the company a facility that can grow with its team and brings together a previously splintered workforce.
"We needed to move to a facility that could accommodate our growing team, all the while encouraging cross-team collaboration and inclusivity," Aaron Wilmot, JumpCloud’s vice president of people, told Colorado Inno.
JumpCloudia, which is located near the Denver-Boulder Turnpike, makes it easy for employees commuting by car or by public transportation.
The office features a fully stocked kitchen, complete with a flavored sparkling water machine, a large common area for hosting events and whiteboards on many walls throughout the facility to encourage creativity and collaboration.
"One of our three core values at JumpCloud is Build Connections, and our space now allows for this," Wilmot said.
The company is continuing to grow and extend its presence in Denver as well, with a number of product, engineering and UX teams residing there. JumpCloud is currently building out a new Denver location, totaling 12,300 square feet, slated to formally open in the second quarter of 2020.
