Since launching in 2006, Conga has grown from a startup to a high-growth SaaS giant serving nearly 1 million users at 11,000 companies worldwide.
To accommodate that rapid growth, the company has moved into a new Broomfield HQ that can house up to 650 employees. The global HQ, located at 13699 Via Varra in Broomfield, officially opened earlier this summer and is designed to create a collaborative environment among employees.
It features 32 conference rooms, seven scrum rooms and 120 white boards across the 88,000-square-foot space. Conga CFO Bob Pinkerton said it takes employees 3.5 minutes to walk across the office, though Conga offers bikes and scooters for those in a hurry.
"With our employees in mind, we made sure to include a variety of large, indoor and outdoor spaces for our employees to work, collaborate, be creative and have some fun. The space is designed with a mixture of work spaces from conference rooms, scrum rooms, a training room, library and soft seating for employees to work together," Pinkerton said.
The office also features a gym, bicycle room, arcade, concierge station, two fireplaces and a pizza oven.
The company is especially proud of its kitchen, offering a variety of meals to employees.
"One must have was the company kitchen - we provide breakfast and lunch for all employees, and we wanted people to have a wide variety of healthy and delicious options prepared on-site. We believe the Conga Cafe is one of the best kitchens in town," Pinkerton said.
