A new boutique office space is set to debut in Mount Adams in 2021.
Red Whale Rentals is pivoting from its mainstay of luxury Airbnb rentals and diving into the office scene with its latest project, according to a release.
The company will open the Loft at Red Whale Rentals on Jan. 1. The 2,650-square-foot space is located at 1053-A Saint Gregory St. in Mount Adams.

The space includes nine offices with room for one to two desks for a total of 13 desks, officials said in an email to the Business Courier. There is also room to add up to seven additional desks.
The Loft features a lounge area with a conference table, chairs, coffee, Italian Panna water and a swing.
Pricing begins at $1,000 per desk each month or $10,000 for all 13 desks. Leases have a one-month minimum.
