A fast-growing coworking firm has selected another Greater Cincinnati location.

On Thursday, Columbus-based COhatch announced it will open a third local location on Mill Street in Milford, according to a release. The 8,800-square-foot building is expected to be open in summer 2021.

"Milford perfectly embodies the COhatch brand with its strong sense of community and walkable downtown area," Matt Davis, co-founder and CEO of COhatch, said in the release. "Not only is the town ideal, we also are restoring a historical landmark that fits in beautifully with our goal to re-energize and repurpose spaces that are no longer used but offer incredible opportunity to build a modern 2.0 Community Hall. This environment is well suited to helping members incubate new ideas and to make new business connections."

COhatch aims to open 10 locations in Southwest Ohio within the next five years. Currently, the company has opened one location in Mason and is soon to open a location in Hyde Park.

The new space, dubbed The Mill, will include 23 private offices with additional coworking spaces, three meeting rooms, a special community space for private events and an overlook deck for outdoor collaboration and seating, the release states.

Besides offering collaboration space for businesses, the startup offers perks such as a reduced-rate stay at a Florida beach house and recreational amenities through its membership program, which is valid at all its locations. It also organizes volunteer events through its "mobile community center" dubbed Mobi, a 1962 Airstream.
