We started out with 64. Now, we're down to the Semi Finals.
From a pool of more than five dozen Boston startups fighting for honor and bragging rights, we're down to the the semi-finalists in this year’s Tech Madness challenge. A total of 68,485 votes have been cast thus far.
3D pop-up greeting cards startup Lovepop had the closest competition this round and ended up beating Cybereason with 57 percent of the votes. Robotics company Berkshire Grey took the win with 64 percent of the votes, bringing the startup into the finals.
Remember: You cast votes based on the company you would invest in. This can be because you think they’d give you the best return on your investment, or you just believe in the company’s mission.

In the public bracket, a total of 6,405 votes were cast. With 51 percent of the votes, Chewy snuck past Tripadvisor into the finals.
