InComm, an Atlanta-based payments tech company, opened its first innovation lab in Atlanta on Tuesday.
Go Studio will be the hub for developing innovative technologies for customer-centric products and solutions. The innovation lab is located at InComm's headquarters at 250 Williams St. in Downtown.
InComm hosted a ribbon cutting ceremony at its headquarters on Tuesday, promising to develop new solutions in the Go Studio, such as payments processing, customer loyalty and engagement solutions, with a focus on emerging technologies, including mixed reality, blockchain, artificial intelligence, IoT, voice assistants and more.
“Changing customer behavior to facilitate adoption of emerging solutions is especially challenging if you’re not immersing yourself in their encounters,” Brooks Smith, founder and CEO of InComm, said in a statement. “Go Studio will dive deep into the customer experience while ideating on emerging technologies to dramatically improve their journey.”
In addition to a team of full-time staff members, InComm’s Go Studio will work with colleges and universities to develop these innovations with students. Go Studio will also host regular workshops, hackathons and other events to foster creativity and discussion in impacted industries.
Those wishing to submit ideas and challenge submissions to the studio can do so here.
