Multiple South Florida founders were among the young entrepreneurs recognized in Forbes' new "30 Under 30" list.

The Class of 2022 features 600 celebrities, athletes, scientists, executives and business leaders under the age of 30 who are already transforming their industries. That included seven founders and executives based in Miami-Dade and Broward counties (no entrepreneurs from Palm Beach county appeared on the list).

Jump Start Tutoring founder Chrissybil Boulin (29): Boulin was among Forbes' honorees on its education list with her SAT prep center Jump Start Tutoring, headquartered in Fort Lauderdale. The center offers group and private classes to improve students' test scores by an average of 180 points. Now, the company is preparing to incorporate artificial intelligence and machine learning into its platform to make its service more accessible to students across the U.S.

JustCBD founder Hussein Rakine (26): Rakine ranked among young founders in the retail and e-commerce industry with Miami-based JustCBD, an online store that sells hundreds of different CBD products. The company reports sales are expected to hit $76 million this year.

Recur co-founders Max (24) and Zach (28) Bruch: The Bruch brothers, who made an appearance in Forbes' list of young consumer tech entrepreneurs, aim to build the "Amazon of NFTs." Recur has raised $55 million from investors to develop an online marketplace that allows people to buy, sell and trade digital collectibles.

Strategio founder and CEO Conor Delanbanque (29): The Miami-based startup launched in August after raising $2 million from investor Hydrogen Group PLC, an investment group headquartered in the United Kingdom. Strategio pays people to earn qualifications in data engineering and cybersecurity in a quest to remove the financial barriers that often prevent Black, Hispanic and other underrepresented groups from receiving that training. Delanbanque snagged a spot among the "30 Under 30" in education.

Sextant Stays COO Brandreth Canaley (29) and co-founder Iskander Karimov (28): Headquartered in Miami, Sextant Stays is a vacation and short-term rental platform that has raised $45 million in investor capital since its launch in 2015. Canaley and Karimov appeared on Forbes' consumer technology list.
