Seattle-based sales technology company Outreach is shoring up its East Coast presence.
The company said Monday it has opened a 7,500-square-foot office in New York City's Chelsea neighborhood. The official opening of the office comes more than a year and a half after Outreach first announced plans in May of 2020 to open a New York City office.
"New York has been a natural fit to grow Outreach's presence — we've grown our presence alongside an incredible customer base," Rubinstein said in a news release. "We are excited to be able to create a central location where we can connect with our customers and partners in one of the busiest cities in the world. It's been a long time coming, and we are excited that we can safely open our doors."
Outreach has also named David Rubinstein regional vice president for the East Coast.
Outreach, founded in 2014, offers clients technology to help with leads, sales and retention. The company raised $200 million in June, reaching a value of more than $4.4 billion. Outreach's clients include Adobe, Tableau and DocuSign.
Outreach has 35 employees in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut area but plans to grow the team there. An Outreach spokesperson said the company has the capacity for 80 employees in the space. Employees will still have the option to work remotely or under a hybrid model.
Outreach co-founder and CEO Manny Medina told the Business Journal in October the company had more than 1,000 employees total.
In addition to New York City, Outreach is bolstering its East Coast presence with an office in Atlanta, as well. The company announced this summer plans to open an Atlanta office. Although Outreach initially planned for the space to open this year, the company said in its New York City announcement that the Atlanta office should open next year.
The company has seven open roles located in New York City and more than a dozen located in Atlanta listed on its website. Outreach also has offices in London and Prague. It employs about 550 at its Seattle headquarters, according to Business Journal research.
