Just a handful of Bay Area startups announced seed funding deals in the past week.

Here's more on those seed-stage deals:

Flux, San Francisco, $12 million: Outsiders Fund led the round for this developer of collaborative circuit design software. Bain Capital Ventures, 8VC, Liquid2VC and Tom Preston Werner also invested.

Neo, Designer Fund, Unity CEO John Riccitiello, Behance founder Scott Belsky, Lenny's Newsletter author Lenny Rachitsky, and James Beshara also participated.

Replai, San Francisco, $4.7 million: Hoxton Ventures led the round for this provider of data analysis software for online videos. Sonae IM, Lux Capital, Sequoia Capital and Accel also invested.
