Thirty-eight companies from Central Virginia made the annual Inc. 5000 list tracking the country’s fastest-growing private companies.

Richmond’s Servos, an IT services company that specializes in digital transformation for both public and private sector clients, placed No. 99 for the best finish in the region. Led by CEO Will Loving, the company posted three-year growth of 3,249%, according to data analyzed by Inc.

Servos was the only company from the region to finish in the top 500. Next on the list was Richmond’s Summit Human Capital, a management consulting firm, which posted three-year growth of 829% to place at No. 536. Summit ranked all the way up at No. 20 on the list in 2022 and No. 310 last year.

The 38 Central Virginia companies had median three-year growth of 182% and 32 of them were repeat honorees. A total of 265 companies headquartered in Virginia made the list, including 24 from the Hampton Roads area.
