Daxtra, a Scotland-based AI-powered recruitment tech company with its U.S. headquarters in Richmond, has acquired Indianapolis-based PivotCX, a talent acquisition and HR tech platform.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Daxtra said PivotCX will become part of the Daxtra Group and its products will be rolled into Daxtra’s suite of offerings.

PivotCX’s communications hub allows recruiters to make personalized conversations with candidates and managers, allowing them to find the right candidates quickly and improve the communication process in hiring.

Daxtra’s platform offers AI-powered search and match and multilingual resume and job parsing in more than 40 languages. Its platform can be integrated with other recruitment tech stacks.

“Like PivotCX, Daxtra understands that a great candidate experience starts with a great recruiter experience, and our organizations are squarely focused on developing the solutions to make that happen,” Howard Bates, CEO and co-founder of PivotCX, said in a statement.

Daxtra was founded in 2002 and opened an office in Richmond in 2013.
