Daxtra, a Scotland-based AI-powered recruitment tech company with its U.S. headquarters in Richmond, said Tuesday it is partnering with WorkLLama on new product integrations.

Alpharetta, Georgia-based WorkLLama offers an AI-driven platform for talent marketing, relationship management and direct sourcing.

The partnership will focus on features for recruiters and hiring managers, putting Daxtra’s AI technology in WorkLLama’s applicant tracking system. The Georgia company said the integration will help recruiters improve the time-to-fill and cost-to-hire efforts as well as the overall user experience. The integration will allow users to search for candidates across job boards within WorkLLama’s applicant tracking system and easily import candidates into that system.

"The enhanced search, match and aggregation capabilities means recruiters can leverage structured data searches, and use this data to make data-driven, informed decisions," Sugandan Dinakaran, WorkLLama’s head of product, said in a statement. "This automation streamlines candidate identification and ranking for hiring managers and frees up time for strategic workforce planning."

Daxtra’s platform offers AI-powered search and match and multilingual resume and job parsing in more than 40 languages. Its platform can be integrated with other recruitment tech stacks. It was founded in 2002 and opened an office in Richmond in 2013.
