On the heels of announcing big new offices in Israel and in its hometown Vancouver, ZoomInfo is setting up an office in India. It’s the first physical office for the company in that country.

ZoomInfo (Nasdaq: ZI) has leased the fifth floor of the Sarvana Matrix Tower in the coastal city Chennai, the company said in a news release.

“Chennai is home to some of the top tech talent in the world and the timing is right for us to establish a foothold in India,” said ZoomInfo Founder and CEO Henry Schuck in a written statement. “This opportunity promotes ZoomInfo’s culture of in-person collaboration, which encourages personal and career growth, powers team-driven innovation, and builds community.”

The company has doubled the size of its Chennai team in the last six months and is hiring for that office. The company has 70 employees in India.

Earlier this month, ZoomInfo announced it leased 180,000 square feet for a new office in Ra’anana, Israel. The company has about 400 employees in Israel and about 250 of them will be in this new space. It plans to move into that space next year.

Additionally, the company has signed an agreement for a new headquarters in Vancouver where it will occupy a new building in the redeveloped Vancouver waterfront. That move is expected in 2025.

ZoomInfo gathers, vets and sells business intelligence used by sales organizations. Its software integrates with other business technology like customer relationship management software. The company, which went public in 2020, has 2,700 global employees.
