Lake Oswego risk and compliance software maker Navex Global added two new members to its executive leadership.

Andrew Bates was named chief financial officer and A.G. Lambert was named chief product officer, a newly created role on the leadership team.

Bates was most recently CFO at Portland construction software maker Viewpoint. He held that role for more than two years. But, prior to that, he spent more than six years at Navex where he had been vice president of finance. His career also includes time at publicly traded semiconductor company Pixelworks (Nasdaq: PXLW) where he was corporate controller.

In addition to being responsible for the company’s finance, accounting and risk management, Bates will also have a hand in guiding mergers and acquisitions. The company has been an active acquirer over the last several years. Bates replaces Craig Stoehr who recently retired.

Lambert leads the company’s product vision and strategy as well as product portfolio revenue growth. As the company has grown organically and through acquisitions it has been adding capabilities and products around expanding global regulations, particularly in Europe; risk assessment; and environmental, social and governance, or ESG, software.
