A golden pendant Meghan Wolfgram wears on a chain around her neck is a reminder of one of her company's biggest successes of 2022 — and the work ahead in 2023.

Wolfgram last spring appeared on the hit ABC show "Shark Tank," where she pitched the show's investors her startup: Melbourne-based pet fitness device manufacturer SwiftPaws Inc.

Wolfgram and SwiftPaws left the tank with shark investor Lori Greiner's "Golden Ticket," a special pendant Greiner awards to one entrepreneur each season, and an agreement that Grenier would invest $240,000 into SwiftPaws.

One of Orlando Inno's 10 2023 Startups to Watch, SwiftPaws will build on that moment this year. Namely, the company will launch a new product that is accessible to more pet owners.

Here's more from founder and CEO Meghan Wolfram:

What does your company do? SwiftPaws is an American manufacturer of playful enrichment products for pets. The patented flagship line of lure coursing kits offer both mental and physical enrichment for the pet and professional market. As a brand, SwiftPaws is dedicated to the continued development of products and services to help pets live their best, active lives.

What were SwiftPaw's biggest accomplishments of 2022? SwiftPaws aired on Shark Tank in April 2022, where it made a deal with Lori Greiner, who offered the company her "Golden Ticket," which she gives out only once a season. Since airing, the company has gone on to launch a few new products, has even more in the development pipeline and surpassed last year's total revenue headed into Q4.

What are you working on in 2023? After launching a plus version of our SwiftPaws Home product last year, one of our top development projects is a smaller, more affordable version of the product that we aired with on "Shark Tank." Our goal is to launch this new product in 2023, effectively making good on our promise to provide a family of lure coursing kits ranging from those suited to indoor and lightweight use, all the way up to the professional machine we got our start with.
