A Wisconsin company ranked in the top 10 of the latest Inc. magazine list of the fastest-growing private companies in America, six months after topping the Midwest regional version of the same list.

Carbliss, a Plymouth maker of vodka-, tequila- and rum-based canned cocktails that have zero carbs and sugar, ranked No. 7 on the 2024 Inc. 5000 list, released this week.

The 2024 Inc. 5000 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth from 2020 to 2023. To be eligible, companies had to be based in the U.S., have at least $100,000 in revenue in 2020 and at least $2 million in revenue in 2023.

On the Inc. Regional: Midwest ranking released earlier this year, Carbliss ranked No. 1 out of 172 companies in the 12-state Midwest region based on its two-year growth rate from 2020 to 2022 of 7,127%. It far outpaced the second-ranked company Vyper Industrial, also from Wisconsin. The Green Bay firm's growth rate was 2,613%.

The 2024 Inc. 5000 folds in 2023 revenue figures. With that, Carbliss's three-year growth rate balloons to 27,174%, according to the media company.

Founded by husband-and-wife team Adam and Amanda Kroener when they were on a keto diet, Carbliss makes vodka-based canned cocktails that have zero carbs and sugar. The Kroeners say Carbliss stands out for its flavor, as its beverages taste like juice or Kool-Aid. According to Adam Kroener, "You can't taste the booze."

The company sold more than 1 million cans in 2021 and was close to surpassing that number just three months into 2022, when its products were sold in just seven states. Now, Carbliss beverages can be purchased at bars and grocery stores in 12 states.
