The institute is part of the University of Wisconsin System’s Institute for Business and Entrepreneurship in Madison. The nine-month accelerator program, in its fifth year, will educate participants on finance and accounting, sales and distribution, marketing and branding, operations and organizational planning, sources, uses of capital, and food safety, along with coaching support from FFI FaBcap Accelerator program manager Brad Rostowfske and business optimization programming.
