The co-founder of SkuVault is joining the board for Endeavor KY, IN, OH.

Andy Eastes, who became an Endeavor Entrepreneur in 2016, now has a board seat with the nonprofit organization that aims to support high-growth entrepreneurs with a global network and additional resources. As KY Inno reported last year, SkuVault was acquired London, England-based Linnworks, a provider of an e-commerce enablement software and order management systems, and Eastes now serves as that company's chief strategy officer.

“Andy embodies the Endeavor ethos and will serve as a wonderful addition to our team and as a role model to the high-growth entrepreneurs we support," said Founding Endeavor Managing Director Jackson Andrews in a news release. “In 2022 SkuVault exited to Marlin Equity Partners/Linnworks; a great outcome for everyone! Now as a member of the Board, Andy is paying-it-forward and inspiring other entrepreneurs to go big and give back!”

Eastes founded the SkuVault with Slav Ivanyuk, as a senior attending University of Louisville's Speed School of Engineering. The co-founders did a one-off project building an inventory management system for an e-commerce company, and quickly recognized the opportunity in the market.

SkuVault was bootstrapped until 2018 when the company raised an $8 million Series A. Endeavor connected Eastes with local investor John Willmoth of Poplar Ventures, as I reported last year.

“The impact Endeavor creates through supporting high-impact entrepreneurs is transformational for our community," Eastes said. Endeavor played a huge role in my entrepreneurial journey so I am excited to continue to be involved and give back.”

In addition to Eastes, Endeavor's regional board includes: Ron Turnier, president, WhatChefsWant; Ankur Gopal, founder and CEO, Interapt; Brian Brackeen, general partner, Lightship Capital; Joe Kelley, president and CEO of Kelley Construction; Brook Smith, founder and CEO, Smith Manus Surety Bonds; Matt Thornton, founder and partner, Thornton Capital; Greg Pope, Louisville office managing partner, Ernst & Young; Stacy Griggs, CEO, El Toro; Kaveh Zamanian, founder and CEO, Rabbit Hole Distillery, Kim Halbauer, Kentucky regional president, Fifth Third Bank; and Doug Grissom, managing director, Madison Dearborn Partners.
