Let the games begin again.

Cleveland Inno is now accepting nominations for this year's Inno Madness, our annual bracket competition designed to generate awareness of Northeast Ohio's startup ecosystem — and the people and companies that are driving it forward.

How does Inno Madness work? It's easy. We're building a bracket — and we want your input.

Here's how you can take part: Nominate a local startup. We’re looking for private startups and tech-enabled companies that support innovation. The Cleveland Inno team will assemble a bracket using the input you provide, and we'll share the resulting bracket matchups in early March.

At that point, companies will go head-to-head throughout subsequent rounds of voting with you, our readers, determining who moves on from every matchup. (You can read the contest rules here.) At the end of all the matchups after the weekly rounds of voting, we'll announce our Inno Madness winner.

Last year, SPR Therapeutics Inc. took top honors as winner of our debut Inno Madness competition, topping Cleveland Kitchen in the final.

Nominations can be submitted here — but don't wait. The nomination period for Inno Madness ends Feb. 13.
