Fresh off of announcing an additional $47 million in venture capital funding, Bungalow is poised to extend its footprint in the Chicago community.

Bungalow is the largest co-living network in the country and has developed  a robust marketplace between renters and homeowners.

Homeowners rely on Bungalow to maximize rental income over a long-term agreement. The company takes on the burden of marketing the properties, screening renters, maintaining the home and serving as a point of contact for resident support.

For renters, Bungalow takes the hassle out of finding a great home. The company offers private bedrooms, furnishes the common areas, provides flexible lease terms, and helps match residents with roommates they’ll love coming home to. Bungalow also hosts community events every month, making it easy for residents to connect with folks across the city! Last month, residents attended a meditation class at Chill and a cocktail-making class at Chicago Distilling Company.

Bungalow offers homes across all of Chicago’s prime neighborhoods, including Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Old Town, Wicker Park, Bucktown, Logan Square, West Town, River West and West Loop. In 2020, the company will be expanding within each of these and outward to Avondale, Humboldt Park, Pilsen, Little Italy, Hyde Park and more.
