Nexthink, a Switzerland-based analytics platform meant to help employees solve IT issues more efficiently, moved its U.S. headquarters to a larger office in Downtown Crossing. The new space can accommodate twice the size of the company's current Boston workforce.

The company, which is based in Prilly, less than two miles West from Lausanne, established Boston as its U.S. headquarters back in 2016. For three years, the Boston outpost has been based in a 3,500-square-feet office on Chauncy St.

"The tech startup scene is one of the best in the country and the city is known to have one of the most robust pools of talent available," Nexthink CEO Pedro Bados wrote in an email. "Plus, it’s close to Europe, so when we have to travel to and from our Switzerland office, it’s seamless for our team to do so."

In early February, Nexthink changed address to 294 Washington St. — a new, 7,300-square-feet office that will support the company's expansion to up to 70 as total headcount. Currently, 25 employees work at Nexthink in Boston.

"We have plans to at least double that number by the end of the year, and now have the space available to make it happen," Bados wrote.

Currently, the company is looking for senior-level positions as legal counselors, customer success managers and engagement managers.

Nexthink, which has offices in Spain, France and Germany among others, has 400 employees globally, with 70 based in the U.S.
