Grass-Fed Beef, Delivered

Mike Salguero, formerly of CustomMade, is launching a new venture aptly called Butcher Box. The company plans to deliver gras-fed beef by mail in a subscription format, and will be debuting on Kickstarter this September.

Here's how Mike described it to me: "I'm working on this because I want to help make eating clean (antibiotic/hormone/grain free) easier and more satisfying. Right now lots of people know they *should* eat grass fed beef, but don't know how to start. We aim to solve that with an easy subscription service. We are excited to launch via kickstarter because it is a fantastic medium for introducing newcomers to a revolutionary brand or concept." >>> Read more on the Boston Business Journal
