Salad chain Sweetgreen will open two Boston locations
Fast-casual salad chain Sweetgreen will use some of the $35 million it just raised to open two new locations in Boston. The new locations will be inside the Prudential Center and and in Downtown Crossing, at a spot that was until recently a Radio Shack. New Boston 2024 Poll Shows Slight Uptick in Both Support & Opposition
In a new poll released by MassINC Polling Group (and shown on WBUR), Boston 2024's numbers aren't changing too dramatically. In Massachusetts, 42 percent now support the bid (up from June's 39 percent), while 50 percent oppose (up from 49 percent a month ago). Essentially, the only measurable change is in the decrease of the "Don't Know/Refused" group, as more and more people make up their minds. Pressure mounts, however, as the United States Olympic Committee's wish to see improvement by September means "little change" is simply not acceptable. Tall Ship Docking at Fan Pier Today
