Boston Download: Drizly to Martha's Vineyard, 2 Indicted in 'Naut Guilty' Boating Incident

Drizly launches summer booze delivery on Martha’s Vineyard

Starting tomorrow, Drizly will be offering seasonal alcohol delivery on Martha's Vineyard through the end of October thanks to a retail partnership with Wharf Wine & Spirits. On-demand delivery hours are 11 a.m until 11 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 12 p.m. until 11 p.m. on Sundays. All orders in Edgartown will be available on-demand (in under an hour), and orders in other parts of the island will be available for scheduled delivery (that means customers can set a delivery for up to seven days in advance in a specific time window, but won’t be able to get immediate delivery in under an hour.) Keep in mind, though, that this Saturday will likely be a little out of the norm since many of the town roads are shut down for holiday festivities—Drizly will be delivering between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. on the 4th, and is encouraging people to get orders in as early as possible. — Rebecca Strong

Two indicted in boating incident that cost woman her arm

On June 1, Benjamin Urbelis, a Charlestown attorney whose firm specializes in DUI and OUI cases, was arrested for operating a boat under the influence which resulted in a woman falling overboard the ironically named "Naut Guilty" and losing her arm in the propeller. On Wednesday Urbelis and Alexander Williams, who was actually driving the boat at the time, were indicted on charges of negligent operation of a boat, operating a boat under the influence of alcohol, and furnishing alcohol to minors. Williams was also charged with tampering with evidence. Their arraignments are expected on July 31 in Suffolk Superior Court. - Suffolk County District Attorney's Office

City of Boston launches new traffic day alert app for those who forget when trash day is

The success the City of Boston has had with public works apps like Citizens Connect – which lets users notify City Hall of street-level issues like potholes, graffiti, and more – has parlayed into Trash Day, the app (iOS and Android) that lets residents know when it's, well, trash day. According to the City of Boston, "Residents can decide when they want to get their Trash Day reminders, which will also include helpful details such as what's being picked up that week and information on special collections" because it's difficult remembering which day(s) curbside trash pickups take place. Over and over again. The same day. On. A. Weekly. Basis. –Nick DeLuca

The trouble with Apple Music

Apple brought the concept of portable digital music into the mainstream starting in 2001 with the introduction of the iPod. While iPods aren’t that common anymore, plenty of us are tethered to a device that evolved out of the iPod, the iPhone. Lately though, Apple’s biggest innovation in the realm of music would seem to be forcing us all to own U2’s recent album. With the advent of Apple Music, will we now need multiple services to hear what we want to hear? >>> Read more on BostInno  – Kyle Alspach

First look: Fenway's CityTarget, the East Coast's first

"Eight CityTargets have opened since 2012 in Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and Portland, Ore. Merchandise in the store is similar to other full-size stores, but in smaller, easier-to-handle-on-the-T sizes. There are some 50-pound bags of dog food, for example, but more options are available in five- and 10-pound sizes." – The Boston Globe
