Yesware Debuts a Mobile App to Help Salespeople Close Deals While On the Go

Yesware is making the lives of salespeople even easier. The all-in-one sales toolkit announced Thursday the launch of Yesware Mobile, a fully-functional email application bringing the company's core features to users' fingertips.

"At Yesware, we know that the 21st century salesperson needs their toolkit wherever they go," said Yesware CEO Matthew Bellows in a statement. "With Yesware Mobile, we're putting the capabilities and information salespeople need to make connections and close deals right in the palms of their hands."

Yesware Mobile is now available in the App Store and, like Yesware, shows users who opens their emails and when, as well as what attachments recipients have opened or links they have clicked on. All emails sent from Yesware Mobile are automatically tracked and synced to Salesforce, and salespeople can call Salesforce contacts directly after they have opened an email with the tap of a finger.

The iOS app also features customizable templates salespeople and teams can use to quickly reply to their contacts and, hopefully, close deals — now anywhere and anytime.

The company currently caters to more than 500,000 sales professionals, and works with brands like Groupon, Yelp and Burlington, Mass.-based digital business company Acquia.

"Yesware Mobile has helped shorten our sales cycle by freeing reps from being tied to their desks waiting for a response," said Shawn Oatis, manager of inside sales at fellow client App Annie, in a statement. "This much-needed mobile app helps us increase ROI while on the go and improve pipeline velocity through real-time data and insights."

Since its founding in July 2010, Yesware has raised $19.7 million from the likes of Google Ventures, Foundry Group and Battery Ventures.
