These 10 Innovators Under 35 Are Dominating in The Boston-Area

In nearly every tech related field, the Hub has ties to the most innovative research and developments in the world, thanks in large part to Boston's multiple research universities and the population's dedication to hard work. Researchers from the Seaport to Kendall Square are working on new technology that can accomplish anything from patching holes in the hearts of infants with congenial heart defects to making a 3D desktop that users can reach inside to manipulate digital data.

The MIT Technology Review recently released their list of 35 Innovators Under 35, an annual lineup that highlights up-and-coming young professionals who are reshaping the way their respective fields think with their research. Out of the 35 named, from an original pool of about 500 applicants, we found ten individuals on the list who have research with direct ties to the Boston-area.
