It’s Downtown Boston or bust for Localytics. The mobile marketing and analytics startup announced on Friday that it will move into a new space at 101 Arch Street in the Financial District.
The move comes on account of the company’s anticipation to seriously grow its staff over the next year. Though it employs 80 now, Localytics intends to take its team to 120 by 2014’s close.
In fact, the company anticipates 2014 to be its biggest year yet by all accounts. Earlier this year, Localytics raised $16 million in Series C in February and announced that it saw its fifth consecutive year of revenue growth, with the addition of high-profile customers like ESPN, Clear Channel, SoundCloud and more.
“As the number of mobile and web apps grow, the challenge to secure user engagement has never been tougher, fueling demand for Localytics’ analytics and marketing insights and services and prompting our need to expand both our team and our location,” said Localytics chief executive Raj Aggarwal in a statement. “With our new, larger space – and a growing headcount – in the heart of the great city of Boston, we’re happy to continue to be part of this close-knit community.”
The company also has an office in San Francisco.
Localytics is just one of the top local company’s that will be speaking at the BostInno’s State of Innovation forum on Thursday, June 12th. Learn more about the event here.
