Boston’s OwnerIQ has raised $5 million in a new round of venture capital, according to an SEC filing. Longworth Venture Partners, Atlas Ventures, Egan-Managed Capital, MassVentures, and CommonAngels participated in the round. The media-buying ad-tech company has raised $32 million since its founding in 2006.
OwnerIQ connects advertisers and marketers with specific target audiences by tracking visits from consumers to notable websites, like Staples, Wayfair and PeaPod.
In July 2012, OwnerIQ raised a Series E round of $7.5 million led by Kepha Partners and Longworth Venture Partners. At the time, the company stated that the funding was going towards expanding its team from 75 to 100 employees.
In addition to its Boston headquarters, the company also has offices in New York City, Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, and Seattle.
