Office Envy: The Boston Startup Keeping Well-Being At Its Core

Snuggled down on School Street sits NutraClick, a bootstrapped technology-focused health and wellness startup that produces nutrition products and sports supplements. So, it comes with little surprise that corporate well-being is at the heart of the company's culture.

NutraClick's open floor plan office is striped with a bright, energizing green, keeping to its theme of growth in wellness. Inspired statements of purpose pepper the white-wash walls around the space in a bolded and modern lettering – a constant yet pleasant reminder to the team to continue to strive. But, given that the employees often opt to post up late at the office or participate in some of the company's in-house workout classes, it doesn't seem like the Nutraclick crew is lacking in motivation. A love of Boston is also blended into the space, with a few walls sporting black and white cityscapes of the Hub.

A sleek chrome kitchen is always stocked with a full supply of fruit options, countless healthy snacks and, of course, NutraClick's products. Further keeping with the healthy living vibe, the company offers to subsidize up to 60 percent of its 200 employees' gym memberships at all sorts of venues around the city. Be assured they put the perk to good use: many of the employees are a few marathons to their name or, at the very least, share in NutraClick's passion for well-being. (Needless to say, sneaks are a welcome addition to the dress code in this laid-back office.)

Take a look at the company's spot in the following slides.
