Saturday, Jan. 6

Founders Running Club (Easy 5-10K Run + Talks): The Founders Running Club is kicking off its weekly Boston runs for 2024. There will be several pace groups covering between 5k to 10k. After the run, the group will get non-alcoholic beer or coffee nearby. The run is free and starts at 77 Massachusetts Ave. in Cambridge near the MIT Staircase.

Thursday, Jan. 18

Boston Founders Forum: This event is an introduction to public speaking for business success. The guest speaker will be Bobbie Carlton, the founder of Carlton PR & Marketing, Innovation Nights and Innovation Women. Carlton will cover how public speaking can support your business objectives, what kind of speaking opportunities you could secure and more. Secure a free ticket to this evening event held at WeWork on Boylston Street.

Wednesday, Jan. 24

Breakfast for Hardware Startups: ​Fidelity for Startups & Prologis Ventures are gathering founders, operators, and investors in the hardware space. They’ll convene a small panel of experts to share their observations and best practices on supply chain management, fundraising, and other timely topics. Register for the event, which will take place at 100 High St. from 9-10:30 a.m.

Wednesday, Jan. 24

January Tech Breakfast Club: Hold the date for January’s Boston Tech Breakfast Club. The event typically runs from 9-11 a.m. and brings together local founders, investors, operators and other community members.

Friday, Jan. 26

BU Eclub Sustainability & Innovation Conference: ​The Sustainability Innovation Conference is a networking event that will give students opportunities to engage in dialogue around sustainability-focused innovation in the Boston area. There will be guests from several universities, local startups, professors, NGOs, and eco-communities. The event runs from 3-6 p.m. at 808 Commonwealth Ave.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

Money Matters Magic — Laying Your Business’ Financial Foundation: Startup Boston and M&T Bank will host an in-person session to delve into the crucial aspects of financial management that underpin the success of every startup. During this interactive event, they aim to provide actionable insights and practical knowledge to empower financial decision-making. The event starts at 5:30 p.m. at Suffolk University Law School.

Tuesday, Jan. 30

AI Meetup: 186 Ventures and Founder Collective are hosting their first AI meetup of 2024. Join them at the 186 HQ for drinks and pizza as they bring together founders, developers, operators and builders in AI. The event is from 5:30-7:30 p.m.
