Dan Rowinski is a writer living in Somerville. He’s been a reporter who has covered the national tech scene and sports in Boston and D.C. He served as mobile editor and senior writer at ReadWrite before moving on to Applause where he founded the ARC - The Application Resource Center, a publication focused on the digital economy. He is currently a senior editor at MIT Horizon, a new venture at MIT's Open Learning department to educate corporate employees about cutting edge technology. In his free time, Dan writes science fiction which straddles the line between the fantastical and the imminently possible.
