Brighton Is Getting a Flatbread Co. Pizza Restaurant, with Candlepin Bowling

Boston Landing, the 15-acre town that New Balance built (and continues to develop) along the Mass Pike in Brighton, announced today the arrival of three new food-based retail shops.

K?hi Coffee Company will occupy 1,295 square feet at 130 Guest Street; Rail Stop Restaurant and Bar will dish upscale contemporary New England fare out of an 11,738 square foot space at 96 Guest Street, complete with a bar, private dining room and outdoor terrace; and New Hampshire-based The Flatbread Company will bring its beloved wood-fired pizzas, extensive craft beer list and candlepin bowling alley to 76 Guest Street, an 8,349 square foot space that will be the chain's 15th restaurant and just second bowling facility.

“We are extremely excited to bring these retail leases to Boston Landing,” said Erin Harvey, NB Development Group's senior leasing and marketing manager. “In addition to their shared New England homegrown connection, all of these tenants also support the Live Work Play environment of the development.  The revolutionary transformation of this former light industrial area, along with the unique office, lab, retail, hotel and sports uses, makes Boston Landing one of the most unique projects in the region."

By 2018, Boston Landing will have more than 55,000 total square feet of retail space under lease or leasing. The Boston Landing at Allston-Brighton commuter rail station, rendered above, is also slated to open this May.
