This 'Big Mac ATM' Is Dispensing Free Burgers in Boston

To celebrate the launch of two new Big Mac sizes, McDonald's is doing what any self-assured mega-corporation would do to spread the word: They're setting up a customized digital Big Mac ATM in Boston that'll be spitting out free burgers to passersby.

That's right folks. This Tuesday, Jan. 31, at the McDonald's in Kenmore Square, you can saunter up to the curbside ATM and request a Big Mac or one of the burger chain's two new sizes, the Mac Jr. and the Grand Mac.

Here's a bit more on the new offerings:

Fans who can't commit to a regular sized Big Mac now have the option of a single patty version of the burger that packs the same flavor with one less layer. The Grand Mac, for those who think a Big Mac simply isn't enough, boasts two bigger 100% beef patties weighing 1/3 of a pound and served on two larger sesame buns. Each size still includes melty American cheese, crisp lettuce, minted onions, tangy pickles and the iconic Big Mac Sauce.

The event was initially planned for the Prudential Center, but has been moved to Kenmore Square to accommodate more guests. Apparently, McDonald's of Eastern New England is anticipating quite the turnout.

Say what?! A Big Mac ATM machine, where you can order real Big Macs, is coming to the Pru/Copley on January 31st. https://t.co/fjMZcrLpr7 pic.twitter.com/MGRxplpsRI
