Q&A with Elliott Potter, CEO and co-founder of Linq
Linq was founded in 2019 by Elliott Potter, Patrick Sullivan and Jared Mattsson. They currently have 22 employees.
What does innovation mean to you?
Innovation is mixing the raw ingredients of ideas and information into something new. Innovation isn't always solving problems—sometimes, it's just delivering more happiness. It can be intentional, but the biggest innovations are often accidental. Innovation is a cornerstone of the human spirit, and it should be celebrated.
What ways has your company innovated and/or created meaningful impact?
We've vastly reduced the time it takes to build a professional relationship with someone you meet. Before Linq, people met with paper business cards or exchanged numbers with a text. Both methods were prone to information being lost and people forgotten.
Linq helps people meet, manage and close more leads faster. With Linq, people exchange information digitally in seconds, leave a lasting first impression and, as of February, can follow up effortlessly with their Worknumber.
Worknumber is an AI-powered phone number that auto-texts new contacts, records and takes notes on calls and helps to organize your contacts.
We believe technology should help us build relationships faster, not get in the way. We're changing the way people communicate to serve more valuable relationships.
