Q&A with Peter Inge, co-founder of DevClarity
DevClarity was founded in July 2023. It is run by the two co-founders with the support of a few contract developers.
What does innovation mean to you?
Innovation means being the change you want to see in the world. It means pushing the world forward using new technology. It means thinking outside of the box to solve problems that we deal with every day. It means being fearless to fail publicly or to be wrong.
What ways has your company innovated and/or created meaningful impact?
We are building a first-of-its-kind platform with DevClarity, the first platform dedicated to helping development leaders better manage their individual developers. Dev leaders need fewer metrics and more guidance. We are also hoping to help Birmingham navigate and prosper from the AI revolution through our involvement with Birmingham AI.
What else do you want people to know about your company?
As the AI innovation wave hits Birmingham, we want our software and technology companies to win. We believe DevClarity can play a pivotal role in making sure Birmingham attracts and retains great technical talent.
