About
After being brought up worldwide in Lagos, Nigeria; Johannesburg, South Africa; London, England; and Tijuana, Mexico, I chose to study physics and software engineering to increase access to capital for underprivileged communities.
I currently serve as the CEO of OMNIS Inc., where I'm dedicated to helping the community access credit, particularly in the present economic landscape.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
My proudest achievement is triumphing over my dyslexia and focusing on my strengths. This journey gave me not just technical skills but also the belief that I can be the driving force behind success.
How can we get more young people involved in tech and innovation?
I believe that to involve more people, we need to inform them about the available opportunities. A common misconception among technical individuals is that there isn't a place for them. However, in reality, startups thrive when a team can effectively build and sell.
A common misconception is that one must graduate from an Ivy League institution or hold a doctorate to introduce transformative products to the world. In truth, in any business continuous learning is pivotal. What truly matters is an individual's willingness to learn and innovate.
