About
At the age of 15, I left my hometown to attend the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science which solidified my interest in technology. While studying economics at UAB, I joined atlasRFIDstore just as we were graduating from the Innovation Depot. I've been lucky to be part of our transition from a startup to an established business. It's been amazing to grow with the company and witness examples of strong leadership firsthand.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
My proudest moments are when I step back and observe my team operating efficiently or when I think about the progress individual team members have made. It's fulfilling to see people become the best professional versions of themselves.
How can we get more young people involved in tech and innovation in Birmingham?
It's simple — don't discount them. A person's responsibilities should reflect their capabilities, not their age. Experience does matter, and that’s exactly why young people must be challenged with real responsibilities.
