A common theme we've heard in our Wichita Business Journal Emerging Leaders and Career Women groups is the role of artificial intelligence in the workplace. Several area marketing leaders make a point in next week's Young Professionals in Marketing series about the challenges that AI brings.

Wichita's Startup Grind is going to address much of that next week with an event called, "Elevate your social media strategy with ChatGPT and Canva AI." The event is from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, June 22 at Heartland Credit Union, 3777 N. Maize Road, and the cost is $20.

Sierra Bonn, founder and executive director of the nonprofit Let's Go Full Steam Ahead, will present ideas on how to create more engaging social media content using technology.

The event is targeted for marketers, small business owners, social media enthusiasts and anyone looking for an edge in getting their social media seen.

Tickets are available on the Startup Grind website.
