MakeOffices’ new opening comes during a global surge of coworking spaces. According to Deskmag’s 2018 Coworking Forecast, there will be more than 18,000 coworking spaces worldwide by the end of the year.

The company has month-to-month leasing plans that range from $75 to $600 per month. The $600 Private Office plan includes a fully furnished, private, lockable office space that can accommodate up to 30 people. MakeOffices also offers $25 day passes.

“Our Glover Park location is shaping up to be a unique addition to our portfolio,” said MakeOffices’ Regional Director Jazmin Jabbarnia said in a press release. It’s equal parts suburban and urban – attracting American and Georgetown University student entrepreneurs, the residential work-from-home crowd, and established companies, too.”
