Like DC Inno Approved? A fresh version comes out every other Friday with new ideas of tech and networking events to check out. Here's a list of great tech, business and networking events in D.C., Maryland and Virginia, to hit up in the next two weeks. 

Friday, April 29

Event: Hot hot hot: Fundraiser for the Climate

"Come hang out with fellow friends of the environment for drinks and activities in honor of Earthjustice the night before the People's Climate March! Local brews, live music, rally sign-making and contest, and tons of great raffle items will help you prep for Saturday's activities!"  

Event: Stilwell & Slatton Launch Party

Event: April FinTech Fiesta Friday at Five (pm)

Event: Careers and Coffee: Women That Have Made Career Transitions From Politics To Tech

"Curious about what it takes to jump into a career in tech? TheBridge and Empowered Women are organizing a networking event to help facilitate the politics-to-tech recruitment pipeline. We plan to invite recruiters from tech companies interested in hiring in DC and connect them directly to women looking to transition to a career in tech. We will also have a panel of experts that have made the transition themselves. They will be discussing ways to position yourself for the most successful pivot. Event: Fosterly's Women Focused Entrepreneur Study Hall
