These 17 Fast-Growing DC Startups Made The Inc. 5000 List

The Inc. 5000 list is out, and almost 400 D.C. area companies made the list of fastest-growing private companies in the country. The vast majority of these companies are older or at least well-established government services, IT and security companies, but there are at least some startups that are blossoming at a notable speed. The rankings are decided based on percentage revenue growth from 2012 to 2015.

Some of the startups on the list have been making waves for a while, like WeddingWire at 1407 and VideoBlocks at 1734. Tahzoo, whose 733 percent revenue growth is very impressive, comes in at 522. Of the D.C. startups though, it was ByteCubed that did the best, ranking 55 on the list with 4,768 percent revenue growth in the last three years.
