WeWork opened its fifth location in D.C. this month, this time on K Street, near all of the lobbying and advocacy groups for which that street has become synonymous. The around 620 desks occupy two floors, with room for lots of common space.
Unusually for WeWork, pricing depends on where your office is, since the choices for a view are either a really nice spread of K Street or a brick wall.
